Planned to see Newcastle upon Tyne major attractions and it was comfortable base for visiting all of them. Our room had a comfortable bed and a great view. The location was perfect, not very far from System.

Rooms were very tired.

Relatively small hotel, we greatly enjoyed it. Stuff was hospitable, pool area was excellant, and breakfast was delicious. Prime location, at a near distance from laing art gallery. Had relaxing drinks in the sky bar.

the venue is fabulous, clean and the location is beautiful close enough to the quayside and bars and the river front. bright, well-kept rooms with an electronic key card, multi-channel television and ironing facilities. i loved brilliant personnel that ensures guests have a such great stay.

Pleasant location; gorgeous breakfast and lovely bed. Appreciated the traditional restaurant. Awesome view of valley. Service was spectacular in the classic hotel. Besides, public parking on site was very welcome. The beach was nice...

Unbeatable location, fast check-in and absolutely fantastic staff. Hotel was spotless. Sky bar with reasonably priced drinks. The facilities were good and easy to use.

Good value in a comfy hotel. And it also had fabulous view. The staff did all they can for a decent stay. The pool was good.
